Meeting with the Architect if it is a full Renovation project. Coordinating & sourcing the builders & tradesmen. Supervising the painters & decorators . I prepare detailed auto-cad plans to show dimensions to scale to give the builder, electrician etc. Most importantly i hold your hand every step of the way .
